    Very interesting, I was just heading into the game again after a year of not touching it and this looks perfect to spice up my iron man run. Can't wait for it to get further updated, but I'll post feedbacks as soon as I try it!

      The Mimic sounds were already great,  really adds to the overall spooky. I'll also try the update later today. I was wondering: are you planning to do all entities in the same "style" or are you going to make them still somewhat recognizable? Personally I think it would be nice to have each kind of enemy its own "theme" so that you can still listen to their idle sounds and estimate the kind of dangers you can encounter in the area you're exploring, without literally memorizing every single voiceline/sound.

      I'm planning to keep it somewhat recognizable. Like you said, they are already great! And most are really well-tailored for the world of ITR. I just wanted to make it a bit different so veteran "explorers" can experience the Radius in a different way (which I hope makes sense lore-wise; the Radius adapting and changing the creatures to better hunt the explorers.)
      I have already planned to redo some of the Mimic voice lines into something more... familiar and slightly less horror than my current iteration. But in the spirit of the season, I wanted the first release to be more horror-oriented. ;)
      I would like to make the different entities more different from each other, but have found out that many of them share the same audio library. Fragments and phantoms are the same and the seekers also share many of their sounds (only the seeker death cry is unique) so I cannot make them stand more apart, than they already do. (Though the devs made it so even though they share the same "parent" files, they still sound slightly different from each other. Not entirely sure how they did it, but I think it's something in the governing code for each entity that changes the SFX and makes it stand apart).

      All that being said; I really look forward to messing with the Spawns! I think they sound a bit too weird making them not the least bit frightening. Personal opinion.
      And the black figures! I always thought they sounded a bit too grounded. I would like them to be more eerie. :D

      Tried all the new updates, you're doing a great job with this so far! Can't wait to hear the new Spawns, as you mentioned the vanilla sounds for them don't sound scary at all.

      Yeah, kinda.
      I have begun the process of making new sounds for the Spawns (after having spent the last few weeks messing with other projects...) but it's still too early to give any estimate of when it will be completed. I hope that I can have it done sometime next week, but no promises.
      I don't want to release anything half-baked.
      But I promise to give it my all! ;D

      I just finished the new sounds, but as I'm not near my gaming pc and headset, I can't test them out.
      If the new sounds are good enough and work fine in game, expect a new update with mostly all new Spawn SFX on Monday. ;D

    Very cool sounds

    The only thing I am not personally a fan of is the mimic's death sound, I prefer the original and while that was also repetitive - I feel like the new sound is more noticeable in this regard

      I gotta admit that after having played ITR with the sound packs for a while, I also find them rather repetitive. (Though not as annoying as the original, but personal taste and all).
      Unfortunately they only have 1 death scream, but I am considering changing it into something a bit more subtle.
      I like the idea behind their high-pitched scream (I read somewhere that they do that to alert other mimics nearby, but that doesn't happen in game, so no reason not to change it.)

      Until then I can quickly make a version of the Mimic pack but without the death scream... So I'll do that. ;D
