    on steam version i am unable to locate saved game files on my computer. 
    also cant find any saved game files on my quest 2. 
    i have no idea where my save files are.

      it should be in 
      Documents then my games, then click on into the radius and replace the save files with the ones you have with the mod.

    How do you use this for quest.

      Can't mod this game with the Quest standalone version. You would need to have the game installed on a PC and use your Quest connected with a cable or air link(if bought from meta store), steam link(if bought on steam)

      If you're on quest you don't.

      On PCVR: Documents/My games/IntoTheRadius/VERSION(2.0 2.5 etc)/Saves
