It is possible, yes - I was thinking about making one, but there is actually a mod (more like a collection of mods) made by Awesomesauce which does include a Zippo lighter, here: https://www.nexusmods.com/intotheradiusvr/mods/82 As far as I know you can install it separately without installing the rest of the EFT mods
