To Install - please drop the two PAK files in the zip to the following location:
(Wherever your ITR is Installed)IntoTheRadius\IntoTheRadius\Content\Paks
For example - via Steam it would be:
C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\IntoTheRadius\IntoTheRadius\Content\Paks
I do not use Vortex so do not know if this will work via Vortex.
