Since Binston is missing from ITR2. I took it upon myself to put it back into the game, with some textures.

Well I found out what was missing, and I took it upon myself to return Binston to its former glory!
I do have to say, this is incredibly poorly made, due to my lack of texturing and lack of proper texturing programs.
However, big thanks to all my supporters on my 2nd mod for ITR2. Anyways, have fun.
