How to install：
First, locate the place where your game file are stored at. For instance, X:\<the path to your game>\INDUSTRIA
Second, once your are in, open the folders in this sequence：Industria → Content → Paks
Last, unzip the file provided, put it inside Paks folder, then restart the game. (In this time, you will see the ~mods folder is alongside original game file.)
