I now realize my mistake. I was dumb. The file titled "Island" goes in the maps folder. You have to take it out of the folder with the longer title. Hope this fixes it for anyone else who didn't realize there was another folder inside.
I'm confused, I put the file in custom levels folder and it doesn't show up in game. I double checked and I have everything installed correctly. I have other mods working fine (modular/ak and rigs), just can't seem to get the map to work.
I've been enjoying this map a lot lately. You can actually utilize scopes AND bipods.
Lately I have been playing this on the zombie mode... would it be possible to populate the map with more zombies in between holds? I mean really just pepper them in everywhere and increasing as holds are taken. I think that would really elevate the experience on that gameplay.
Pretty sure that sort of stuff is dictated by the character you are using just like encryptions are. You can try and find the Zeke Zombiehunter character in the game files and start fiddling with it, but plz make sure you make a backup of the files you are editing in case something goes wonky!
I'm loving this mod so much. The map has various locations and each of them has its own unique character. There's long-ranged combat, which you can't find in original T&H. Also love the receptive attitude about feedbacks the dev has. This is a good example of healthier and great quality mod for community.
