Does not work anymore. Game doesnt do anything when loading this save. Pasted the ManualSave0 file in the save games but no go. NG+ saves also do nothing. the screen just reloads back to menu. Help!!
Above level 60 the line at the top turns brown instead of blue. The levels are recalculated, but you don't strengthen anymore, just collect points. Everything is fine there.
I really wanted this but you started with a broken save for these edits. All the DLC tokens are stuck in the Special Items menu and can't be sold at the Merchant. The Nora Lookout Armor etc...
This is the save to start with before hacking. It has the DLC tokens and is clean and not broken. Choosing the "Fresh Start" save, these DLC tokens can be sold and removed from the Special Items menu.

so i got the cheat table you were talking about to work, but how did you use it to modify the equipment mods. i looked through it and didnt see anything that messed with them. (edit: i had the wrong version nvm)
