Most probably one of the other mods overwrites my mod files (for example, it can be mod which changing weapons stats), to be sure that it is so, you can try to rename Patch_JD_No_Wep_On_Back.bin to zzz_Patch_JD_No_Wep_On_Back.bin and check one more time.
Wished for this mod when I played through the first time. Now after a year or so I'm ready to play NewGame+ with no stuff on Aloy's back. Got used to this feature 'way back in Oblivion days and have played this way since. Thanks for this one. Endorsing.
