Your mod replace only main effect value to maximum and add 3 effects for any buff, but anyway i got an item with 1 non-maximum valued effect sometime. Could you fix this? Similar mod from next page not give +50 at main effect, but it add similar values for all 3 effects and still have a trouble with dropped items out of condition with 1 effect onboard too.
I'm currently experiencing the same issue. Most of the times I don't get mod's with more than 1 statistical percentage enhancement and even in those they're usually green and nearing flat base percentages (+5% into +7%, thus far). I've decided to leave this here mostly for eventual mod' tweaks and/or improvements. And potentially warn others about what to currently expect from this mod' usage.
Are you sure? The mod works for me. The mod just gives you the maximum roll possible for each rarity, so for green rarity mods, it is odd numbers like 5% depending on what buff it is. With the mod installed, all my purple mods have the confirmed max stats. I have other mods installed such as the mod that gives 3 buffs for every mod if possible (so for green mods, not possible cause their max roll is still too low).
Can you help me with the mod tool Project Decima? When I open the Packed_DX12 archive I get a message to "select oo2core_X_win64.dll". So I pick the oo2core_3_win64.dll that is in the game's directory but then the tool crashes with the message:
"Compressor library version must be at least 2.7.0 (oo2core_7_win64) or greater".
I don't have a oo2core_7_win64 file. I assume the tool is out of date, so how else are you making these mods?!
I just want to make a mod that silences Aloy's heavy breathing because it bothers my misophonia.
This tool is outdated. HZD Decima Engine work only with oo2core_3_win64.dll cause this library used for unpack game resources during game session. Project Decima v1.7 work without oo2core_X_win64.dll, but it work only with very old game releases. I tryed v1.8 with oo2core_7_win64.dll - it crashed after trying to open a game data folder. Use Decima Explorer for unpack .core files and compile HZDCoreEditorUI for editing and pack. Also you could use one of forks of Project Decima (if you want to modify any meshes/textures for example - here is 1.9 release). Don't forget to add original oo2core_3_win64.dll into all folders of these tools.
I found the best editor for Decima Engine, but it is written in Java and you need to install the JDK package and both versions of Java. Here is Decima Workshop. This editor have included search functions, packer and bookmarks. You may create many projects and switch between it without any reload editor. This editor work with all games archive array without unpacking single .core file. No any another tool needed for modding. Install Java components, unpack Decima Workshop into My Documents folder (better, program use this path as default) and use. Good luck!

Pairs really well with the method in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OglqM86t2Lc
