Train all day every day (Hogwarts Express schedule fix)

Ever wonder where TF the train is? Turns out the game has it scheduled so it only spawns on particular days at either 1000 (Morning) or 2100 (evening) according to the game files. So you may never even see it! This mod fixes that so it spawns every day several times. Also includes an optional version if you want the train to appear more often.
