      Yes, I would think so too. It might be that you have a bad monitor, but I must think that you've messed up the calibration. The vanilla is much more neutral than with your preset. Your preset gives it very much a red tint. Check the screenshots on your smartphone, they often have better screens than people have on their desktops. Remember to set the brightness to max on your smartphone.

      you can adjust the sepia/tint or even the technicolor 2 if you dont want too much red and blue in the reshade

      The way I installed Reshade was through the website https://reshade.me/, during the install it will ask you to locate a preset ( you don't have to do this for every reshade but it will help the EXE install the necessary shaders ), the preset is in the .rar file I uploaded, just extract it then locate the preset from the EXE (should be called Hogwarts 1.ini) and you should be set.
