As the title implies, it's just another performance and quality tweak for Hogwarts Legacy.
This is a personal edit that worked for my mid-end gaming laptop (AMD Ryzen 5 4600H / GTX 1650 / 16GB RAM).
What I did is to optimize FPS while having ultra settings. The slow texture loading has been touched as well for them to load faster now.
Installation:
To install this mod you put the Engine.ini file in "C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Hogwarts Legacy\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor" and replace the existing file.

[SystemSettings]
r.Streaming.Boost=1
r.Streaming.LimitPoolSizeToVRAM=1
r.TextureStreaming=1
r.Streaming.PoolSize=8192
