I tested it, it is really beautiful with reshade, unfortunately too much loss of fps, I was at 78 to 90 fps and I fell between 48 and 51 fps.

I have looked for a solution to the problem of fps dropping but have not found one.
Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

no either I remove the reshade, but I keep it because the colors are really good, or I have to remove the settings of the Ray tracing in the segond tab of the graphic settings in the game, the last ones all down, yes I go to 74 fps, but I lose graphic quality, in fact the graphic cards 3080,3070 gtx lose in fps on this game, in spite of the software that allows me to patch the grahpical card "dlcc Swapper
And if I remove the grahpics settings of the game 'dlss' and put another -great...I don't like the graphics I lose, it's unfortunate to have the latest pc configurations, and have to decrease the "extreme" settings in high.
There is also the "sharpness" parameter which also plays in the loss of fps if we use it obviously we have a loss of fps, but the faces of the characters are much less precise and I do not like without this effect...

      Translated with DeepL

I disabled all the global illuminations and ambiant occlusion shaders and kept the colors , sharpener and curve one ( don't really knows what
it does ) and my performances went back to normal while keeping the
      general feeling of your preset.

Global illumination in reshade ( and ambiant occlusion for that matters ) tends to TANK fps and performance.

Just adding to what kiunai said.
I lose about 10-14 fps average in most of Hogsmeade with this preset,
but I am able to recover most of the fps drop by disabling the two bottom highlighted shaders.

My fps when those shaders from my previous image above ^ are turned off.  (V-sync on capped @60fps :( )
I also disable ADOF [qUINT_dof.fx] as there is an issue for me with part of the field guide menu being blurred. (see here)

I enjoy this preset a lot.
The colors are much better than vanilla and give more life to the Flora and natural areas.
Everything feels a lot cozier now.
After having tried a few other presets so far this one is my favorite.

      Thank you everyone.
I followed your advice and released a version with RadialGI and GloomAO turned off.
      Hopefully the FPS will improve.

This is *THE* Reshade preset. Sharper, less blurry, not too saturated like Soulful.

Totally agree.  A lot of the others had a little too much red for my liking.  But this one, *Chefs Kiss* got it right.
