Which one do I download to silence everything? The .zip file names seem out of place. Clicking the one where the description says "silences all spells" is named (Avada Kedavra), etc.
And the file with the description: All spells silenced except for the three unforgivable curses 'Avada Kedavra', 'Crucio' and 'Imperio'.Has the filename: Nonverbal Spells (Silenced Unforgivables) it's a bit confusing since it's contradicting each other.
I think this mod unfortunately also silences the ancient magic throw, so it sounds very flat and lame and doesn't really have the same feel as before, could you make a version where it sounds normal? if it's not to much trouble
I'm playing in English. I installed 1 other mod at the same time as this one, so tried to remove it, but that didn't do it so I'm pretty sure it's this one that's causing it, it only effects the wooden boxes none off the other things you can throw sound different. Any help would be much appreciated :D btw I am using the All spells silenced except for the three unforgivable curses "Avada Kedavra", "Crucio" and "Imperio" version
I tried reinstalling all the mods I had and that seems to have solved the issue. So I think it was just my pc that f**** up after installing this one. Really love this mod it's great :D
Is it possible to create a version where the following spells are still audible?
Alohamora
Avada Kedavra
Crucio
Protego
Revelio
Stupefy
A user two comments below mine also asked if it was possible to replace the spoken audio of the incantations with the slight grunting sounds like player character makes when using basic cast. This, if possible, might be a nice idea for the remainder of the spells. While I was definitely growing tired of constantly hearing my character shout the name of his spells every time he casts them, as this grows especially annoying during longer duration battles, I must admit that I also find the silence to be a little out of place as well, lol. Perhaps the grunting sounds from the basic cast might be a happy middle-ground?
I like the idea with the grunts, I'll see if I can make this happen.
About your other question: it is possible but I think in the future I will instead offer every spell as an optional download so people can pick and choose what they want. Otherwise I'll get requests like yours for every spell combination :-)
