- Hotfix for optional files. Should fix crashing.

- Fixed flickering Ambient Occlusion when using RT with Ultra Post Processing. Changed packaging for easier maintenance. Download main file and choose whatever optional file you want to disable various post processing effects.

- Fixed an issue with some static LODs.

- Changed high, medium and low settings in case someone couldn't run the game with everything on Ultra/Cinematic.
