This works wonders tbh, it did fix my stuttering and lag but the problem is i play for a little bit and then it exits the game no crash no nothing, can you help me pls. i have a 1660ti
Everyting is good except for lighting. there are some materials that shine in the shodow for no reason, and sunrays that flickers a lot! Anyway this is the best FPS config file i found on the net so far. Thank you so much :)
Hello i really like your mod but anytime i use it, it seems to disable some of the modded textures that i am using one of them being the retexture of the legendary armoured attire reskin found here https://www.nexusmods.com/hogwartslegacy/mods/225?tab=description if there is a work around to this just by altering some text in the engine.ini file this would be great thank you !
Do I only have to worry about these if use TAA instead of DLSS or FSR?
r.TemporalAA.Algorithm=1 ; Use to scale with TAA. Set < 100 when FPS goals not met. 60 is generally decent for higher resolution. r.TemporalAA.Upsampling=0 ; Use to scale with TAA. Set < 100 when FPS goals not met. 60 is generally decent for higher resolution. r.TemporalAA.Upsampling=1 ; Use to scale with TAA. Thank you for your reply. Your Engine.ini was the one which got me best results. I'm using with Vulkan API mod and I'm getting even 60 fps in Hogsmead. Not 100% solid all the time, but definitely only few stutters. This made my mobile RTX 2060 handles better this game.
Just one more question, is this mod compatible with Reshade? I'm using Accio Clarity but it seems nothing changed. I press "Insert" to toggle on and off the preset but nothing changes.
Bro your mod is great , unlike all others mod (wich contain something like 5 engine.ini lines easily found on reddit) , your mod actually worked for me (970 / 8gb ram) , i can now play without almost any trouble even while streaming , so congratz and thx.
my only concern is about the light setting , some indoor area make me instant blind cuz is almost blind-white only... i've saw you said to someone it was fixed in a comment but since its the same day i've download it , idk if i have it or not yet so i'll dl it again and check (nexus only say date when we got a mod but not the hour).
Anyways its endorsed + voted for the mod of the month ^^
Bro why do i have to be blinded tho, like what line can i remove from the ini to get back the normal bloom cuz omg man i cant walk into a room with a window without sunglasses. Like dont get me wrong the performance is immaculate but i would love to fix the lighting.
First let me say..wow.. this really works, my GPU is not labored and buttery smooth! Interiors get really bright however, would love to see if we could fix that without harming performance. Thanks mandruis7 for a great mod!
I have a RTX 2070 Super, and this config file has also solved my stuttering problems. I'm running 1440p60 @ Medium settings, and I'm running buttery smooth 60fps with no crashes, fps drops, or stuttering!
Thank you for making this config! I use a laptop with a 1650ti and this improved all of my stuttering problems tremendously. The loss in quality is well worth the increase in framerate and stuttering performance. There's a few things that are immersion breaking, but my spells are much more responsive and the game still looks decently good. It still looks better than games on an xbox360.
Update: Going into buildings in the world makes them SUPER bright in the inside and some of the textures such as paintings and pane glass take forever to load.
