   What is the default hp at lv 40? And does this affect Wiggenweld effectiveness?

      Default HP is 4000 at level 40.

      it will be soon yea. I wawnted to recolor the boots, legs and hat to have a full outfit recolor before releasing, but its taking time to figure out how those assets actually set their skin data. I may just release the cape and outfit in the meantime :)
