If you dont get the achievement from all the spiders Idk what to tell you as thats how everyone else had gotten it with this save, I'm not very active on here or playing the game currently so I probably won't be responding.
Thank you, this worked perfectly on the first try. This achievement is so annoying (especially since you can't track which enemies you already hit) so I really wanted to skip it, thanks! I simply used ancient magic on most enemies (mostly spiders) and on the 4th round I hit the purple and small greenish spiders with ancient magic (R1 or L1+R1 for PS players) and the achievement popped up.

Also the instructions were pretty unclear and now I'm stuck with your save no matter what I do. I read multiple articles, watched several videos but no matter what I do I always have your save. Any idea of what I can do?
I did not get it after using ancient magic on the venomous shooter and acromantula. So i went back into the arena again and started using it on random things, the achievement popped up for me after using ancient magic on the Matriarch spider.
You need to remove the mod that adds the PS5 exclusive items as that adds two enemies you can not kill without the quest. And the quest doesnt work until unlocked by avalance.
I tried it on the Venomous Shooter but it didn't trigger, it triggered for me when I used it on the Acromantula. Perhaps you need to attack them both. Thanks for the upload!

I only use antient magic on Venomous Shooter and Acromantula (achievement unlocked after Acromantula).
