im not sure if the mod is working for me. outside of combat it goes relatively fast but in combat cooldowns are still very slow. am i correct in assuming this mod doesnt work in combat?
Good to see that finally someone take care of making a cooldown mod compatible with the latest version (in your case by updating your previous mod). My request would be to create an optional file with just the unforgivables cooldown time changed - half of vanilla time. That will not turn out in being OP with that spells but instead having more fun with them to use them.

Any hope for an update? There's mods that give no cd's at all for spells, but that's too much for me, just wanted a nice reduction to the cd's and this mod delivered. Sadly, whenever i try to merge it with my other mods it crashes the game and the merger gives a message about it being outdated. I tried merging it anyways, but it failed the process.
