Could you please make this a standalone? Number of goods for sale at all vendors increased 2-3x. Thanks in advance!
I thought the rebalance would decrease everything, buying && selling, since huge amounts of galleons are uncommon in the magic world. The prize of the Triwizard Tournament was 1,000 galleons, so I was shocked when I saw a wandering shop charging 5,000 for a broom.
yeah... you know tbh you're probably right but the thing is that icon is pretty much all the evidence we have that they are indeed galleons but it's just an icon to indicate currency IMO not necessarily meaning it's in galleons... I mean it could be but canonically all the prices in the game make WAY more sense when converted to knuts. take any shop price for something and divide by 493 to get its price in galleons.
I could be reaching I'll admit, but tell me that doesn't make much more sense canonically? I can easily imagine the decision by devs to just make everything way less confusing by not giving us galleons, sickles, and knuts (because its what... 17 sickles to a gal... 29 knuts to a sickle?... can't be asking people to do that kinda math every time they go to a shop) and just converting everything to knuts and slapping the galleon icon next to your currency.
