If you use another mods check in ModMerger another "PlantDefinition" in "Modified Table" column because another mods can edit the same value like a RoR Tweak. Also if you use mods that edit value like a cooldown or spell damage better to delete "SpellDefinition" in this mod (Plant growing time 1 min).
Be careful
Mod like RoR Tweaks edit Growth Time AND yeld for planting. So I advise edit growth time in RoR Tweaks or another mods that edit growth time too to value that match with that mod (growth time=60 sec and regrowth time=10 sec) AND don't touch/edit other record with another function but in "PlantDefinition". Also RoR Tweaks and another mods can edit "Yield_Planted" - be careful because that mod (Plant growing time 1 min) set it to =10 so check another records for conflicts in "PlantDefinition" column.
Better way to solve conflicts:
If another mods edit spell cooldown and damage - delete records in this mod (Plant growing time 1 min);
If another mods edit Growth time and only that - delete that records in another mods;
If another mods edit Growth time and/or something else that you prefer more - edit records in both mod to make records to your preference. If you only delete conflicted records but both mods edit "PlantDefinition" it doesn't solve problem you need have only one raw that edit one same ID (for example PlantID='Knotgrass')
For example: So that mod Growth time=60; Regrowth time=10; Yield_Planted=10 - another mod set Growth time=600; Regrowth time=600; Yield_Planted=3 - delete/edit records from another mods. Wrote by 500+ mod's user in Skyrim SE gamer =)
actually, 60 seconds is instant, because by the time you collect all the plants you have growing, the first ones are ready to harvest again. this mod, together with several planting pots, lets you gather hundreds of cabbages and mandrakes in just minutes.
i ran this mod thru hogwart mod merger and discovered that it also contains spell cooldown changes. i had to delete them because i already was using a spell cooldown mod.
