   hi, what "BK2 tool from Github" are you talking about, can't find any, are you not using RAD video tools? also how do you convert the original file into a AVI. i'm struggling a lot to make it work.

      You have to make an AVI video using the template of the original portraits, then export them and use the BK2 tool from Github, it's a lot of trial and error this took a few attempts.

      In the Atlas folder where you put the mod files, before putting them in, copy and paste the 2 original Music files into a separate safe folder as backup.
