Description

This mod replaces selected NPCs particularly those who become your companions in the main and side quests. 
Changing the NPCs is not meant to destroy or mock the game. But rather to expand your gaming experience and trying out different realities with other characters. 

Ominis Gaunt will be able to replace the following characters:

• Sebastian Sallow 
• Leander Prewett 
• Everett Clopton
• Amit Thakkar 
• Natsai Onai
• Poppy Sweeting
• Professor Fig 
• Garreth Weasley
  

Outfits available for ALL character replacement:

• Default House Robes
• Decorous Blazer School Uniform
• Prefect Vest School Uniform
• Quidditch Captain’s Uniform with Cape
• Grey Motley Garb
• Relaxed Garb
• Legendary Armored Attire with Cape 
• Dark Ensemble Master with Robe/Cape and Hat variations (Pupils already fixed) 
  

Alternatives

• Ominis' Alternate Outfits on his Character himself can be found in Leoisalion and Hyacinth13's works

Compatibility

• There will be minor issues on object handling due to size differences of the original NPCs 
  

Installation

• Unzip .pak, .ucas, .utoc files here:
  [Your Steam Library Location]\steamapps\common\Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Content\Paks\~mods
  
• If [~mods] folder isn't there, create it.
• Remove files to uninstall
  

You may replace several characters at a time. However, there should only be one set of mod files (.utoc, .pak, .ucas) for each character being replaced.

For example, you CANNOT place:
zOminisRobe_Garreth616_P and zOminisVest_Garreth616_P together in the same mods folder. This will cause conflicts!
Look at the Chunk ID so you won't get confused. 

These are possible: 
Case 1: Same outfit, different characters replaced
zOminisRobe_Garreth616_P and zOminisRobe_Leander617_P at the same time.
Since two different characters are being replaced. 

Case 2: Different outfits, different characters replaced
zOminisRobe_Garreth616_P and zOminisDarkEnsemble_Leander617_P is also possible. 

It is possible to replace Sebastian, Leander, Everett, Amit, Natty, Poppy, Garreth, and Professor Fig all at the same time with same/different outfits
as long as you use one set of mod files (.utoc, .pak., .ucas) for each NPC replaced. 

For easier referencing, the format follows:
zTargetCharacterOutfit_ReplacementNPCChunkID_P

Expansions

• I will not have time to work on Sebastian Sallow because I will leave for an overseas trip this week.
• If there's anyone or a team who wants to work on Sebastian Sallow using some or all of the outfits, 
  please write in the discussion and talk among yourselves to avoid duplicates. 
  
• You may reuse my JSON Files on Ominis and publish your own independently or as a team for Sebastian's version. You have my consent. 
• I am not responsible for any conflict or disagreements that will arise in the discussion or any activity involved in developing Sebastian's version.
  So please communicate fairly, respectfully, and diplomatically. 
• When I return from my trip, I will be able to address issues from my mods and possibly expand outfit options for Ominis.
   

Note to players and content creators
For the time being before any updates or DLC gets out,
I hope you use this mod for your own pleasure and enjoyment, whether it's for gaming purposes or for content creation.
Not for glory nor competition, and let's put an end to gatekeeping.

If you have no modding knowledge, it is very possible to learn on your own even without the help of friends or mutuals.

I re-installed the UE4 Custom Engine at least 4 times to finally make everything work. Just keep trying and do not give up 😊
