   Works for me.  Took me a ridiculous amount of time to get it to work via the merger with my other mods, but finally got it working.  Thanks for this!

   works fine just install manually, btw i dont use any other mods besides a elder wand reskin

      Sorry did you just drop them into the ~mod folder? Did you need to use other mods to get it to work?

      So i got this to work, mind you i dont use other mods besides https://www.nexusmods.com/hogwartslegacy/mods/942?tab=files, ive tried multiple cooldown mods, but until i put the .pak file in the paks folder ignoring the created mods folder in that location  so phoenix> content>paks dropped it there and mods folder sits empty, now it works, havent tried uninstalling RE-UE4SS.

    Doesnt work
