Never mind, I got this mod working again, yay! I just had to make sure that this mod was installed first before all of the other mods (I had to remove all of the other mods to start fresh).
You don't have to type anything in, I just renamed it to !zzInfiniteCasting.pak in my ~mods folder since more "z"s make it higher and loaded in and it seems to be working correctly.

Mod works as intended and there's no need for ReUE4SS or BPApparate, just drop it into your ~Mods folder and done. One single caveat in the case you are using more mods: Rename it from "InfiniteCasting.pak" to something with higher priority like "zInfiniteCasting_P.pak" Add as many "z" you need before the name to make it higher priority than any other mod you have with "zzz"'s before their names.
Also bear in mind the mod is a bit outdated and some specific patch may have broken it, if you happen to be on a previous build it just works.
PS. Bear in mind by the time of this post the mod has a specific issue where the Tab Menu slot for Feliz Felicis potion vanishes and you cannot see or click it in any way. So in order to use your felix felicis you would need to close the game, remove the mod, launch the game.
