Just a bunch of tweaks Lowers VRAM and CPU requirments , pushes a few more things onto the GPU works nicely on 1440p on my 3080.
reduces or eliminates stuttering.
Put this into your Config folder
Set up for 10gb vram
If you have another than 10gb card change
r.Streaming.PoolSize=
according to your Vram
6GB - 2048
8GB - 3072
so allways half or slightly less than half !

Antialiasing: TAA High or DLAA ( or DLSS )
Effect Quality: Medium or High
Material Quality: Ultra ( if non 4k HIGH )
Fog Quality: High or Ultra

Post Processing: Medium or High
Shadow Quality: High
View Distance: Medium or High
Population Quality: Medium or High
Textures if non 4k HIGH
