hi,im thinking about making mods for blood money,please could you provide the texture editor?

  Use Gimp 2.0 Image editor. The texture files you must extract them from the game using "Glacier Tex Editor". The files are .TGA extension. With the Gimp 2.0 you edit the colours, then you upload the new textures wit the Glacier Tex editor.
