Oh, there are modding programs technically, but it is a little difficult and has a bit of a learning curve. Great model replacements can be done but the learning curve is a little steep... First of all when extracting using the Russian guy's Hitman SDK, you kind of are a bit blind in regards to what you are extracting unless you know exactly what model you are extracting, usually by comparing the side of the model
Afterwards you need to use 3DS Max to edit the .OBJ to your liking (Blender causes crashes for some reason, might be due to export settings error?) I used 3DS Max 2012 for the editing Make adjustments or changes to the model, then export them back to .OBJ, and re-import them to the same file with the same name/number, save it, put it back in the mission .zip or folder and pray it works!
This is 700 MB because... I had to repack the model files for every single level (due to the way HBM stupidly handles object loading, every object is duplicated for every level, instead of them all being in a single file or folder)

A sadly complicated mess
