   How do I install this mod? I've always used mod managers for specific games in the past so this is new to me.

   Lol .. no mention of what settings that are required to achieve this result. 
   At first I though oh well I'll just install Reshade .. but there's 20 different effects to pick and choose from. 
   No idea what's needed.
   
   EDIT: My bad! Your file contains a readme explaining everything - I hadn't noticed...
