Simply increases explosion radius of all (I suppose?) vehicles. Ever had the case when you set an explosive device on some car, in order to kill your target, and instead of counting him as being dead from the car explosion (accident) he gets into the range of explosive device, and no SA for you? Or overall, ever felt weird that car explosion radius is so small? That is a very, very small and simple mod/patch that aims to fix it. Enjoy
