I honestly don't know how to get this to work. There are files in here with no description of how to install. After deploying, what I just run the game? that doesn't seem to work. Is modding this game broken?
I actually figured it out, it was the minimal hud mod from project realism. If you still keep the minimap enabled with minimal hud on, the minimap ends up having a giant lock on it.

Nice combination, but maybe remove Selfie Mode, Shut Up And Take My Money and all the "7. additions", as it is already pretty overwhelming. Otherwise pretty good setup my man!
i know. i actually edited my comment as it didn't allow me to delete it. i'm playing with project realism mod, tried to do as you did except deleting "content" folder as i like the triggers to be drop-able. i was now able to deploy mod normally as you said (instead of copying the original mod directly to smf mod folder as i usually do - that does the trick too btw). but although i kept the content folder still i wasn't able to drop the triggers, probably due to changes in manifest (i just copied your changes, didn't read all of stuff). so i'll do it the way i did, but unfortunately i wont be able to use many items in AKC182002's mod "Weapon and Gear Pack" (it is one of my favorite items mod, but it is not compatible w PRealism. Sorry for the long and confusing comment mate haha
Yeah, dw bout it lol I tried keeping the instructions as basic as possible. But that does mean everything's important. I honestly prefer project realism over the other gameplay tweaks, and i remember dropping quite a couple of other mods 4 it
i prefer to use it as is, it works with other 46 mods just fine, as long as "no camera filters" is unchecked. i did small alterations though: some household items being legal to carry, smoke signal brick not being holster-able and some briefcases can be left on the floor to smuggle :) i tried to make camera able to leave it on the floor but it would levitate a meter in the air :D didn't know how to make it place-able like all the other items. still learning but at a snail's pace XD i edit all the json files in txt editor, never used any programs. Have a good one!

Do you by any chance know which part of the original project r is responsible for editing gameplay opportunities (i am no longer able to talk to diana and vidal, cannot lock ingram and stuyvesant in the sheiks living room..).. kinda miss those things but i still want to keep most of the boxes as i like the challenge :) thanks!
Mod Wounded NPCs replaces a base game entity file (004BDA20E0037486) with a raw file. This can cause compatibility issues, it makes the mod harder to work with and it requires more work when the game updates. Mod developers can fix this easily by using an entity.patch.json file.

It was working with everything from section 0 to 3. Now i tried to enable the rest but couldnt deploy. I used followed your instructions to a t and used your Project Realism UPDATED.
Mods not used: Reshade, Blood Money Logo, new Icon.
SMF says there are updates for: - Offline Image Pack - Lightning Ultimate - Pure Instinct Should i update through SMF or will this f*#@ up even more?
Maybe problems: - SMF told me Silent Handlers was a RPKG mod - i deleted all .WBNK files from Legacy Menu Music, but there are still .WBNK.meta files - With Killer Instinct i had to change "grey" to "gray" and not how you wrote it "gray" to "grey"
Don't worry about it being a rpkg mod, it just means it's an old technique of modding hitman
That's actually a good question regarding the wbnk files. Install all the mods up to legacy music, and test it out with the meta files. If it doesn't work, try deleting them

And as for the deployment, i can't really tell from this. It could be the airstrike phone, given it was the last thing patching up. I recommend you remove the last mods added one by one and try deploying it again after each one. This way, you'll find the mod that's causing the issue. It takes a while, yeah, but you'll definitely find rhe issue
I updated everything through SMF and removed Air Strike Phone from the to be applied list and it worked!

What folders do i need to backup to have an easy drag and drop zip for fresh installs?
3 more things: - I opened the ZHM Mod SDK with ^ and activated some menu overlays like Advanced Rating and Editor. When i uncheck them and click save the game crashes. I could only get rid of the overlays with deleting the dlls from the mods folder.
- Simple Health Bar doesn't show
- I can't go online / choose any "Gamemode" It says there is server maintenance going on, is this from a mod to keep me offline? How can i play Freelancer?
- I don't really know what the issue may be on the first one :/
- Whenever that happened to me, it was due to either having the wrong load order or having a conflicting additional mod. Check that your load order follows the tutorial's. If not, check if any additional mod you installed causes the conflict

I see ypu added a couple of mods after that. Remembering you from the first posts, I'm guessing you had the modlist working until you added these 4 new mods? (debrief background, kiwi, peacock plugin...).
Try removing the new ones one by one until it works. When the mods successfully deploy again, try all the new mods but the last one you removed. Then, report back
If you press the gear icon on the left, you'll see a bunch of mods and tickboxes. Those are different options for mods. Then, you'll have to go through my modlist to see if i mention anything specifically regarding the mods' options. If not, pick freely. If so, make sure you follow it
Can't be warnings. Errors are the ones that break things.
Best if you start from scratch. Follow all the instructions, and install them in batches - e.g., install the first 5 mods based on the instructions, and deploy it. Then repeat that, until it breaks. Then install one mod by one from that batch, until it breaks, after which you'll know the problem
You can skip that part if you want to. It just a preference. Try downloading the mod again, and installing it without modifying it. See if there's a bug again
Oooooh, shit. I think i know why. Tell me, with the gray filter option unchecked, do you still get the gray filter when wounded? Just launch thr game and let them shoot you
