This was surprisingly easy to make and I'm honestly a little shocked IO haven't made this a suit unlock yet, even for a challenge pack.
Features slightly broken cloth physics, Outfit AI Voice line changes, and multicultural translations (directly lifted from the suit in Paris!)
Replaces the Jack-O'-Lantern Suit.Good riddance.

KNOWN ISSUES: The cape often goes into an...A-pose?...if you do specific animations. This is not a bug with the mod, and may not be fixable in general with the current toolset. This also applies to the The Profligacy Suit (which also has a cape), but it's less-flowy, so it's not as noticeable.
