Personally I tried to avoid that since patient zero maps are smaller in scope, there's already not particularly much in the way of content.
You can use better starting locations online. The author totally coincidentally remembered to add smuggling points and compatibility with freelancer variations a day after I released this, after not having updates for like a year. The lack of which were like the only reason for this mod, excepting the pictures.
In better starting locations online, there's two undercover spawns for the patient zero mission, one as a chef in the kitchen, and another as a handyman in the garden.
Whym when u say "The new starting options and item drop points have new thumbnails to compliment them that reflect the missions' weather and times of day. They do, however, override the ones from the original missions, World of Tomorrow and Club 27, so consider uninstalling the mod when you plan on playing them."
I override the pictures for those things, to how they look in the patient zero missions, at night. But you will see these night-time pictures in the original (daytime) missions unless you disable the mod. Does that make sense?
