Adds options for crowd friendly fire and crowd shadows in Marrakesh.

I actually came across the crowd friendly fire feature a while back, but never saw it popup here so thought I'd share it.
This only enables friendly fires for crowds only (no regular npcs). Not sure why this was disabled in the first place, never made any sense to only be hitting 47 when firing into a crowd.
The shadows feature seems to only affect Marrakesh as other maps already seem to have crowd shadows, but I didn't do any extensive testing. Do report if any additional differences are noted from base. Has a very small drop in performance compared to ray-traced shadows.
