About this mod
Adds 1 Elusive Target available for trial players. Creates a scenario where Cilas Netzke (Officer in "The Final Test") is an unfindable Target at the Cuban Fortress. Coming soon: Terry Norfolk.

The newest version of the mod is programmed to work with version 3.150.1 and higher
The mission stories, intel, and handler dialogue from "The Final Test" may still be included.
For compatibility with this mod, use this mod framework:
- Onionquid's mod framework https://onionsquid.itch.io/hitman-3-mod-framework.
Install Instructions
- MAKE SURE YOU INSTALL THE REQUIRED MOD FRAMEWORK ABOVE
- Go to the Runtime folder in your Hitman 3 installation directory.
- Make sure your packagedefinitions.txt is patched. If not, drop it in https://notex.app/tools/online/xtea/, 'set patchlevels' and overwrite.
- Put the "Free Elusives" folder in HITMAN 3\Runtime\Framework\2 Offline Content\contentpacks\
- Run "Install or Update.bat" (in the framework folder)
- Enjoy!
