    Typically mods have an "installation guide" somwhere.

    Two issues I noticed when playing in freelancer mode:

    1. The NPC next to helicopter is naked if his clothe is taken by 47

    2. The new car exit near the gate seems bugged, using it won't show the ending screen (similar to the helicopter exit issues before)

      What do you mean doesn't show ending screen? Stuck forever on a freeze frame?

      It basically just causes the game to stuck and unable to show the result screen you get after finishing a freelancer mission:
      This exist specifically
      
      Stuck, unable to progress to the mission result/ending screen, esc/pause menu still works (I didn't skip the cut-sense in case it matters)
      

      For reference this exit works in offline tho, just not in freelancer

      Damn, I thought I accounted for that in one of the last two updates. I'll put it on the list and see what I can do :/

      UPDATE: Freelancer car exit is now fixed.

    Hello. After update of SMF and Freelancer Variation I deployed mods via SMF again and had got "Deploy unsuccessful" message. The issue is concerning of Sandbox Hantu Port.
    The message is:
    DEBUGCopying dependency 006D8C805F858533 from cachethread '<unnamed>' panicked at src\lib.rs:32:22:called `Option::unwrap()` on a `None` valuenote: run with `RUST_BACKTRACE=1` environment variable to display a backtrace

    How this issue can be solved?

      Hmm, you might have to delete the cache folder in SMF. It means it will take a while to deploy the next time you deploy, but should hopefully fix it

      I've just deleteed the content of cache folder ind tried to deploy again.
      Same issue...

      Not sure, I asked around they said maybe it's an antivirus issue. And also to delete the entire folder, not just content within it.

      If that doesn't help, there's nothing I can do

      Well, I also tried to downgrade SMF to 2.33.4 and 2.33.6, but error is still the same... :(
      I believe that someone also could have same issue. But how it can be solved? Ans what is the possible reason?

      So after mod update I was hoping that it will work. But again this goddamned `RUST_BACKTRACE=1`. Then I just fully uninstalled the game and made clean install and voila - everything is working
      So for those who have same bloody RUST_BACKTRACE issue with any SMF mod   - the only solution is to reinstall the game and SMF with mods

      LOL thats my issue right now the RUST_BACKTRACE. i dont think imma reinstall everything

      Guys, you just have to delete the files in your Hitman 3 Retail folder (only the ones that SMF has edited need to be deleted but you can delete them all if you want to be safe), reverify the game through Steam and then redeploy your mods through SMF

    What's the purpose of the Peacock plugin? Is there some benefit to playing that version because all it seems to do is list the missions twice under Peacock

    Hey, quick question here. I'm looking to make some edits to different maps in game. Adding npcs, props, floors, walls, etc. Stuff that you did, disguise/trespassing zones, sandbox setpieces, new rooms, etc. Obviously not as big as scale of this, but I want to edit other maps. So what did you do to add rooms and things like that. Blender, godot, unity?

      I wrote this comment when I knew literally not a single thing about modding, and I wanted to make a sandbox Himmelstein. Obviously that would be too much effort for one person though. However I've grown my knowledge about modding and project way less ambitious. You're right about it being too much in a single reply now that I understand quick entity editor.

      Hopefully you can answer this in a single reply, I gotta ask how you add setpieces and environments to other maps? When I do it the contract either crashes, fails in deploy, or the thing doesn't show up. I see in your mod folders you have a lot of entity.JSONs and also TEMP/TBLUs. Hope you don't mind the question.

      I just copy it from wherever IO has used it. You have to make sure it has the same 'subsets' as IO has, usually 'replicable' and 'audioemitters', but they should come over automatically in latest versions of QNE. You should also go back to the modding Discord and ask Atampy for access to GlacierKit, the next version of QNE.

      I'm currently attempting that. Hopefully it works.
      EDIT: I added the green screen from revolutionary to hawkes bay. I changed the ref to the garage and external scene to sheep location brick. The contract ended up crashing. Damn it. I'll learn in the future.

    I am having an issue with it working. I try to start it and it just went to the normal sniper mission. I am playing with online mode but I also turned on the online option in the mod options on SMF. Does it only work in offline? 

    I'm also getting this error message on SMF: Mod Sandbox Hantu Port replaces a base game entity file (00E82589B5D3C8BC) with a raw file. This can cause compatibility issues, it makes the mod harder to work with and it requires more work when the game updates. Mod developers can fix this easily by using an entity.patch.json file.

      Hmm, last time I tested online mode it worked but I can revisit at some point to see if SMF or the game has changed to not work any more

      As for that second thing, just ignore it, it's completely irrelevant.

    Why in the Singapore location, apart from the day mode with rain, can I choose from two night modes?

      Hmm... not sure. If that was Peacock I'd have an explanation, but not sure why in Offline Mode. Don't think that happened for me last time I deployed

      I don't know if it's a bug or you changed it, but the weapon silencer table works differently. Now I silence any regular pistol and turn it into a HWK21 weapon, of course in white and with a silencer, instead of silenceing the Shashka A33 and changing it to the Covert version.

      No I haven't changed it, IO must have changed the game files and affected my mod. Thanks for letting me know, I'll look into it

      OH! Now that Romania files have been copied for Freelancer it copies the original version of the bench and overrides Hantu's! Should be able to fix

    When using this with peacock,the startserver thing produces a error " TypeError: controller.addClientSideModDependency is not a function" and i cant use the mod, although i deployed this in smf and placed the peacock plugin, what do i do?

      If you're using the beta Peacock stuff, that's not supported at this stage
