Fixed horribly implemented line breaks found in various Hokkaido medical journals, thank you @IWILLCRAFT for sending this in to me!. This fix has been applied to ALL languages!. I have also adjusted the English text of Riepers' journal to make a little more sense, though this has NOT been done for every language (sorry). Adjusted Dino Bosco's briefing text as it has a really odd line break after the second paragraph that no other 2016 target uses: The ICA19, ICA19 Chrome and ICA19 Silverballer now all have custom descriptions when you select them from the loadout menu or Freelancer! This was due to the Gun descriptions sharing the same ID in the repo, which IOI have since partially fixed. Does NOT apply to the Career loadout menu or Freelancer. Fixed odd linebreaks in the bio's for Athena, Tyson, Ljudmilla, and Steven Bradley.

Added a less ambiguously worded Katana Kill Prestige Objective description, as well as custom descriptions for the CEFTs in Freelancer. Added MANY more descriptions for weapons introduced into Hitman (2016) and Hitman 2, as well as fixes for the ICA Combat Axe and ICA19 Silverballer descriptions. NOTE: The ICA 19, Silverballer, and Chrome all share the same description internally -- Hopefully I can fix this soon.
