Version 1.4
Added Sarajevo 6 support. Removed weird junk from certain files; this doesn't seem to have been doing anything bad, but it's best not to have it there.

Klaus Liebleid will now use the (presumably) IO intended voice type of WS_BOULTON. This and its counterparts WS_WATSON & WS_NEWMAN are partial voice sets used for all other Patient Zero targets besides Sister Yulduz, as well as Jeff. Dr. Liebleid will have some dialogue provided by his scripted VA Nicholas Boulton, but most will be Daniel Bonjour, as this is the actor IO chose as being closest to Boulton's voice. Owen Cage also has his appropriate voice, if you can get him to speak. Basil Carnaby, Blair Reddington, and Galen Vholes have been given the proper voices. Basil Carnaby in particular was set by IO to use CIVMALE03, Yuri Lowenthal. This breaks their normal convention of not using any voices who were not working on the game at the time.
