It's time to dress sharp and concentrate - good thing I brought my suit.
This is an effort to improve the Requiem suit.
The base Hitman 3 suit is unfortunately beset with distracting clipping issues, and gaps in the model that let you see through to the other side. And worst of all, there is no black version in the vanilla game!
A lot of the clipping issues became much more noticeable once I had put the black retexture in place (the default white-on-white scheme helps mask it), so I thought I would go ahead and do my best to fix the whole lot.
This mod addresses the following points:
- Various issues with clipping of 47s neck with the collar of the jacket during standing / idle animations.
- Back of neck clipping with shirt and jacket during walk animations
- Jacket clipping with shirt during walk animations around back of neck
- Some instances of the neck of the tie clipping with the collar
- "Gaps" through the model where you could see through to the other side, particularly where the jacket meets the shirt
- Clipping of the shirt with the left breast of the jacket when moving.
- Clipping of the shirt with the right breast of the jacket when taking cover
- Jacket material clipping with lower half during walk animations
- The fact there is no black version
There are two versions of the mod.
- The main version includes both my model adjustments, as well as my dark textures.
- The second version includes just the model adjustments, so that you can still use the White requiem suit if you'd like.
(Minor clipping still exists with the back of 47's neck when crouched. It's much less than before, and I may improve it down the line, but it is hard to completely fix without ruining the collar.)
