Replaces the Winter Sports Suit with a custom tactical outfit, comprised of a blue rain jacket, charcoal low-rise cargo pants, and black boots. Perfect for rainy days, overcast weather, and keeping blood off of yourself. Includes a custom Inventory icon (credit to Gar0npeX)
INSTALLATION
Import the .ZIP using the Simple Mod Framework
USAGE FOR FURTHER MODIFICATIONS
Like all of my other mods, I highly encourage everyone to edit this suit and use it as a base for further mods & improvements. Feel free to use this suit as a base for whatever mod you may want to create
