Figured I might as well address this instead of leaving everyone in the dark
Frankly i'm not a NEET anymore. I have a job now, I have to make rent, I wish I was exaggerating but I literally have no time to fix any of these mods. I am so sorry for letting you guys down, especially after all of the support you sent my way. In the future, if I have the time, I'll look towards fixing these, but for the forseeable future I just don't have the time to stare at a hex editor for 8 hours
If anyone wants to fix these and reupload them yourselves, please go ahead, I implore you
Unfortunately, SMF prompts that the mod is invalid and to contact the author when attempting to add the zip. Most recent version of both SMF and the game on Steam. Looks great though!
I've been quietly tinkering away with a leather-gloved version of ThePickledPickle's mod for awhile, but now that ThePickledPickle has welcomed anyone to fix and reupload the original, I decided to expand my copy into a standalone mod.
You can now choose between driving gloves, leather gloves, or no gloves. I've also added wet logic, tie physics, an earpiece, and few other tweaks and bug fixes.
Enjoy! And thanks again to ThePickledPickle for creating this excellent suit!
I found a way to make it work with freelance at least on my end, but I cannot guarantee it will for you too.
I activated developer mode in the SMF (information icon on the left bar).
I extracted the contents in the zip file and placed them directly in the mods folder:
(...)\Steam\steamapps\common\HITMAN 3\Simple Mod Framework\Mods
Reloaded the mod list tab in SMF and deployed. I dont remember if it showed a popup of the mod being developed for an earlier version of the framework or not, but I surely pressed the button to update it.
The game loaded normaly and I could start a freelancer run.
I could make this mod run only once, I even took a few pictures. But since then it causes a CTD or an infinite loading screen. If no updates are available, may I know your mods list, this mod configuration and activation order?
