This can cause compatibility issues, it makes the mod harder to work with and it requires more work when the game updates. Mod developers can fix this easily by using an entity.patch.json file.

I added this via SMF but it takes a long time to deploy as if deployment is not working. I'm sitting here for 5 minutes now and it just state deploying, get espresso, will this end. :)
This is my deploy log. Everything worked fine prior, but when I deleted and reinstalled ToD, then enabled the Midday Bank and Sunrise Hawke's Bay, it broke.
At least I assume that's the issue here, considering other people are also reporting the same issue!

No, I'm not going to copy someone else's mod, and when I make a ToD I want it done properly, so that means I'd have to redo the sound design of each map so you can hear the rain, ideally change the surfaces to look wet, and add wet logic to NPCs and outfits on that map, it takes too much of my time.

Also I haven't tested if this conflicts with Lighting Ultimate in some way... it shouldn't though

Can you add rain to all maps?
When I use the "rain" mod it disables your mod
