I would, but as I state across these pages, I do not own the Steam version, so I don't have access to a copy of game build 14870186 that I can modify.
That being said, I would be surprised if there had happened to be any significant-enough changes between builds 14829781 and 14870186 that would cause the latest upload available here to be incompatible. So my suggestion is to try the version designed for 14829781 and hope for the best.
In the event that does not work, then the modified thumbs.dat file that Simple Mod Framework provides should be a sufficient workaround.
No, I just don't want to manage two separate installations of the game for the sole purpose of making sure a single 1.5 KB file doesn't differ significantly between the two installations.
Sounds like a waste of money and disk space if you ask me.
My man. This really saves some time, when the game decides to spawn a target somewhere unreachable, (or just bugs out in any other way,) and I have to ALT+F4 and fire the game back up again.
This is not an SMF-based mod. It's a simple file replacement.
SMF even automatically replaces thumbs.dat with its own edited copy and even has a toggle to further adjust it to skip the game's intro. If you are using SMF, you do not need an pre-edited copy of the file from here.
Download SMF (simple mod framework) when you install it may automatically find your game files, if not you have to select them. Do this by going to C: drive and go to your Xboxgames folder, then click through to hitman 3 and select the base game.

Thank you.
Conflicts with Holster Anything(Mod doesn't let you holster anything anymore.)
Found an in-built intro skipper in the Simple Mod Framework App, press the i icon lower left > check the box skip intro.inside the manifest.json for holster anything, thumbs is that doing anything to thumbs.dat
"thumbs": ["ConsoleCmd OnlineResources_Disable 1"]
Is there any way to make them work together?

Thank you very much :)
