   How do you actually change the icon?

      Just in case nobody ever answered you you'll just need to right click your desktop icon and hit properties and then somewhere in there it says change icon. just select this small image file.

      Thanks. Also, for anyone wondering, to change the steam library icon, go to ...\Steam\appcache\librarycache\
      
      Find the default logo for hitman 3, replace it with this image (but in jpg format) and rename it to what the default logo was called. For some reason, I had 2 of them, so i replaced both
