      it's a distraction item. dropping it and throwing it will set it off after few seconds. or you can press a button on it if it is placed beforehand. i think it always takes around 5 seconds before it starts beeping. It's a great item but only seen in a 2 or 3 levels.

   The reason this was never released in a challenge is because it's a debug tool, not an item intended for general gameplay.
   
   Until now at least. I could've used this few days back =P

   having it work alongside Stockable Safehouse by having it in the basement wardrobe would deal with the replication issue well enough
