    Put it in Oregon\Content\Paks (XboxGames version) but no menu shows up. I guess it no longer works.

    Do you know if this works when you have the game on gamepass? I added the .pak file to "C:\XboxGames\High on Life\Content\Paks", but nothing happens when I press f1 ingame.
    Edit: nvm I'm stupid. Wrong filepath

      Hi, I must be stupid too as I have it in that directory and it isn't working for me. where did you put it to get it to work please?

      For me it worked when I went into game, not just into menu

    Someone think they can add a kill anyone mod(Wouldnt mind killing any NPC in the city lol), and a no barriers mod(Barriers in the cities suck honestly, let me explore mate)?:)
