Replaces vanilla Sevastopol with its fixed version. Most of D-30 engines that were creating large holes in armor got replaced with RD-51 engines. Nothing besides static engines, bottom hull structure and bottom armoring was changed, everything is 100% vanilla as if this was built by Konstantin Koshutin himself.
