I've made a updated version of Dirael and Ylthin that is in the optional section, it reduces their speed a little by about half. So they don't walk at the shadow witch normal speed, but they don't appear to glitch across the screen

Thanks to Damentian I was made aware of a bug with the female heros. When they used the imbue arrow ability there would be no animation, I think I was able to fix it, sorry that it took so long for me to get to this.

Thanks to a comment by Kotren I decided to make Dirael, Ylthin, and Tieru faster than they were previously. All I did was scale up their movement factor so there should be no crazy animation deformities. I'm uploading the file as an optional file. To install just replace the old files with these ones
So I have always wanted and preferred unique hero models for all the heroes in the game. Through lots of digging I was able to find some works in progress on Heroscommunity.com, however no one had really made any progress on them since 2007, at least not progress I could find and/or was comfortable downloading. So I took the files and started working on them again. This is the first one that I find to my liking.
Installation is simple, take the .h5u file, and add it to your /UserMODs folder found in your installation folder for the game.
to uninstall, simply delete file
to have this work for HoF, just rename the file .h5m and place in /Maps also in the installation folder.
If you don't have a /UserMODs or a /Maps folder, just make one

I have fixed a minor issue with the Dirael model where when she moved the whip would stick out behind her, no it is fixed, but she does move a bit more slowly now
***The Unique Wyngaal and Unique Tieru will not work with one another, use only one at a time. I recommend using the Unique Tieru file when you want to play the "The Days of Fire" mission. Then in all other settings I recommend using Unique Wyngaal. Sorry it's a little complicated, leave a comment if you are confused, or if you are enjoying the models!
