First, make sure you have Hellish Quart properly installed by playing it at least once. Then, follow these instructions:
1. Go to the Hellish Quart local files directory (on Steam, Right-Click the game in the library > "Manage" > "Browse Local Files")
2. Go to the mod directory: "...\Hellish Quart\Hellish Quart_Data\StreamingAssets"
3. Copy the contents of the zip file into the mod directory.
Ingame, you can select the modded characters as alternate costumes from the character select screen.
